Endo International Manager – Culture of Excellence Champion in Digha, India

Job Description Summary

This Culture of Excellence Champion role has the key dual role of Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving. This encompasses the two critical areas of coaching and results delivery focused on Continuous Improvement and Scientific Problem Solving methodologies.

This role provides site management and cross-functional support at Digha which is integral to Endo’s Global Culture of Excellence program.

It is a role which will initially be primarily based in our Digha Office which encompasses our Tech Ops, QA, QC and R&D functions who provide cross functional Global Support in these Technical Service areas.

Extensive experience of both Continuous Improvement and an extensive Change Management skillset is required along with Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies (e.g. DMAIC, Kata, Kaizen, 4C / 8D problem solving).

The role offers the opportunity to support and to participate in ‘above site’ / network activities across India’s Endo network to support the overall Endo Culture of Excellence program.

Job Description

JD :-

Continuous Improvement: -

  • Ensure effective Continuous Improvement program management for Digha in terms of full integration of the Continuous improvement philosophy / training (e.g. Kata, Kaizen, 4C) across site operations.

  • Support the identification, prioritization and implementation of Endo Digha Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to improve effectiveness of site processes through defined objective driven A3s.

  • Gemba: Design, develop and implement Gemba Leader Standard Work to drive behavior and performance at both employee and leader level

  • Ensure Continuous Improvement standards, tools and learnings (e.g. A3 DMAIC, Kata, Kaizen, 8D/4C) are being used and sustained for daily structured problem solving and improvement.

  • Maintain the Digha Culture of Excellence training program, manage finances and administer the India overall Culture of SharePoint.

  • Communicate progress and share achievements of the program online and share best practice’s with other global site’s through the Community of Practice Program

  • Use stakeholder feedback to continuously improve site Learning and Development systems and program

Problem Solving ​:-

  • Problem Solving: Become a Problem Solving coach for various teams within the Digha site and across the network, leading to results delivery of not only defined root cause, but very importantly associated preventative actions and effectiveness checks to ensure sustainment.

  • In depth Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies 4C, 8 D & 8 Step.

  • Associated coaching behaviors are integral with the ability to hold employees and leaders accountable at all levels

KATA Coaching:

  • KATA Coaching deployment at all levels of the employee structure

  • Ability to “Lean into Discomfort” and drive the correct values and behaviour among Leaders using the KATA concept.

  • Linkage of KATA coaching Behaviors to Endo’s Tier Accountability Process is critical to drive metric driven performance improvement for Tier Accountability Process.

Skillset:

  • Statistical/data analytics support during product development/Tech Transfer/ Commercial products across all the Endo India and USA sites.

  • Stability/Trend/Statistical analysis using appropriate statistical tools during investigations of Process robustness/trouble shooting/ OOS/OOTs to diagnose and identify root cause

Education & Experience: -

  • B. Pharma, M. Pharma, B. E- Engineering, Science

  • Green Belt Qualified from Certified Body
