The Senior Supply Chain Planner assists in production planning, production procurement, inventory management, logistics readiness and analytical requirements for the execution of internal/ external manufactured products.

Providing input into Endo’s S&OP process, this role will ensure sustained product supply, meet inventory turns target (DIO), achieve Delivery In Full and on time (DIFOT) and work directly with vendors.

• Develop and actively manage supply plans (inventory, distribution, manufacturing & packaging) through the end to end supply chain.

• Ensure the Planning system (SAP) is maintained accurately with the latest information across the supply chain.

• Identify products with short/medium/ long term supply constraints that will result in supply disruptions. Manage mitigation and communication plans with stakeholders.

• Manage monthly report metrics. Example DIFOT, Inventory & Schedule Adherence.

• Ensure that Supply Planning Key Performance Indicators are managed.

• Actual inventory aligned to target inventory position with effective use of working capital (Safety Stock).

• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Endo supply chain through various process improvement projects.
