  • SAFETY

To ensure 100% safe operation in production area, follow SOPs, proper earthing, additional precautions for solvent, people to know firefighting training and use of fire extinguisher. Ensure all the necessary PPE’s are available in production facility and monitor proper PPE’s are worn by the personnel’s during manufacturing and packaging operation. Reporting the near misses and ensure their compliances. Own and team involvement in safety committee meeting and activities should 100%.

Quality:

No critical/major observations in GMP regulatory audit i.e. internal/external. cGMP Compliance in entire manufacturing and packaging area and SOP compliance on all aspects. Up gradation of system consistently to deliver the quality production, improvement to plan. Check all areas log books, BMR entries and all documents calibration records are online and updated. Area up keeping hygiene, cleanliness, all areas are in good condition for 24x7. Ensure proper people, material, scrap, SFG movement to avoid cross

Ensure proper status labeling of each area, item, equipment, accessories and scrap movement. Ensure proper gowning in the production area, PPE, personal hygiene. Ensure review and acknowledgement of the EMS alarm, power failure, tooling etc.

Delivery / Dispatches and Plan vs. Actual:

To review the Production planning, weekly / monthly / yearly as per the forecast /market requirement and complete within timelines. Ensure day to day, weekly and monthly target adherence to achieve on time delivery / dispatch. Monitoring and evaluation of daily/ weekly/ monthly report and micro planning to achieve the target i.e. plan vs. actual NLT 95%.

Head count and man power handling:

Ensure all the man powers are allocated correctly to their respective areas as per their expertise. People to follow shifts. Only required head count to plan. 100% utilization of head count. Share a trusting relationship with the work group. Provide motivation, support and guidance to the team to build a quality working culture.

Training:

Daily quality talk in each shift related to quality improvement.

Must provide daily improvement training for minimum 5 to 10 minutes during start / end or break of the shift and ensure maximum people to attend the training. Daily performance dialogue on delivery to happen.

100% SOP training and ensure compliance. Person has to give at least 1 hour training per week. One behavioral training at least once in a month. Technical training once in a month. OEM training at supplier side once in half year.

Facility / Area management:

To take daily round in the production area and plan to ensure 100% compliance. Check production facility building covings, corners, ceiling, walls, wall guard etc. Ensure each and every item to be placed in its designated area with proper labeling. Developing down line people so that work should not get affect. Multi skilling of people. Focus on continuous improvements on all means (safety, quality and delivery). Daily, weekly, monthly reviews to perform (Quality, yield, simplification, documentation, QMS) and proper action.

Key Responsibility:

Minimize documentation error on shop floor. Gap analysis of existing SOPs for further improvement. To develop multi skilled personnel in the department for operations of equipment as well documentation. To provide training to the operator, officers shift wise daily for any update, observations, incidents etc., for the smooth functioning of department with 100% compliance. To maintain the area anytime presentable. To improve product yield and less rejection quantity.

Team work and coaching:

Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination with cross functional departments. Coach team members to solve increasing problems. Mentor team/ subordinates in developing documentation. Regularly interacts with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions and or customers. Work team COOSST to work efficiently.

Environmental monitoring system (ISO14001) Key responsibility:

Implementation of EMS in production area. Identification of environmental aspects and its evaluation for significance. Conduct and participate in EMS internal audit and process. Train the subordinates on EMS requirements. To follow and maintain 5s in work place.
