Endo International Manager, Government Contracts and Pricing in Remote, United States

Manager Responsible for management of the Federal Supply Schedule/Veteran Affairs contracting and Tricare program.

Responsible for supporting Federal Supply Schedule (FSS)/Veteran Affairs contracting and Tricare program.

Key Accountabilities

Federal Contracting Management

(Veterans Affair)

Responsible for weekly Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), tracking customer notification in Model N to determine if any follow ups with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA) as needed. Close lines in MN as needed

Responsible for Trackers - Mod Form, Discontinuation, NDC Change

Responsible for GP-0004 report to be run weekly and analysis is to be done to verify all items and determine whether there are new items that require a new Tracking Customer.

Responsible for weekly Run GP-0007 report and start a few days in previous month to confirm no programs were missed.

Responsible for GP-0005 report and confirm that all dates are set up correctly and the product is an AG or is NFAMP eligible. Also, confirm VA flag is turned on correctly.

Responsible for processing all VA modifications and updates in MN.

Responsible for updating Signatory Authority for the two current FSS contracts. Review all items for potential changes.

Responsible for quarterly Tricare rebate payment calculation. Data upload to MN.

Responsible for Quarterly IFF reporting to GSA

Responsible for daily/weekly offer letter review, Ketalar, Golden State contract to ensure completeness.

Responsible for processing Coupa related payments (Vermont/Maine)

Ad-hoc project as needed

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field required.

  • Advanced degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience required with successful track record in analytical positions.

  • Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge

  • Must possess thorough knowledge of Federal Supply Schedule regulations.

  • Proficiency in Model N Government Pricing system and FSS compliance.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong excels and analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Solid problem-solving skills to resolve contract issues to the satisfaction of legal, sales & marketing, regulatory, vendors, and internal business partners.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentations skills are a must in addition to demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking.
